EuRho® Vital B12

EuRho® Vital B12 500 provides 500 µg vitamin B12 per capsule.

Vitamin B12 is a multi-functional vitamin with many important roles in the body. It is usually obtained in the diet from animal-derived foods – vegetable and plant sources usually contain only small amounts.

Vitamin B12 must be metabolised into its active form before it can be utilised by the body. However the body’s ability to fully utilise this vitamin is sometimes affected by other factors.
