Vitamin D contributes to normal absorption/utilisation of calcium and normal blood calcium levels. It contributes to the maintenance of normal bones, teeth and muscle function. In addition, vitamin D contributes to the normal function of the immune system and has a role in the process of cell division.
Vitamin K contributes to the maintenance of normal bones and to normal blood clotting.
