Heart function
Fish oil contains the essential omega-3 fatty acids EPA (eicosapentaenoic acid) and DHA (docosahexaenoic acid). Both fatty acids contribute to the normal function of the heart.1
Cell protection
Vitamin E contributes to the protection of cells from oxidative stress.
Olive oil
is a rich source of omega-9 unsaturated fatty acid.
