*Glucomannan contributes to weight loss in the context of an energy restricted diet. The beneficial effect is obtained with a daily intake of 3 g of glucomannan in three doses of 1 g each, together with 1-2 glasses of water in the context of an energy restricted diet.
In addition, glucomannan contributes to the maintenance of normal blood cholesterol levels. The beneficial effect is obtained with a daily intake of 4 g of glucomannan.
Vitamin B2 contributes to the mainenance of normal mucous membranes – such es e.g. stomach mucosa – and to normal energy-yielding metabolism.
The tasty orange flavoured content of the a sachets is mixed with in a glas of water and taken 3 times a day half an hour before meals.
